SHS Robotics Team Applies STEM Learning

Members of the Scituate High School Cyber Sailors, our competitive robotics team, and members of First® Robotics were excited to share their learning and experience with the school committee on Monday. They were joined by faculty advisor Kerri Hallihan and technical advisor Sylvain Dumet as they highlighted the value of participating in this growing co-curricular opportunity.  

Students highlighted how they applied learning from physics, computer programming, math, and engineering courses at the high school as well as learning about marketing, public relations, and a wide variety of other real-world skills to not only build and operate the robot but to get the much needed and much appreciate support from so many in the community.
