Community Input
We Need Your Voice
Throughout this project, there will be multiple opportunities for the Scituate community to provide feedback. The School Building Committee and our partners — Vertex Companies, LLC and Dore + Whittier Architects — will work to maintain an iterative design feedback loop with the community that includes:
- Presenting: Sharing ideas for discussion, providing information
- Listening: Public meeting input, visioning sessions, program discussions, documenting
- Responding: Incorporate input into the creative product, iterative design process
Ways to Provide Feedback
Meetings and Forums
The School Building Committee and our partners will be holding a series of Public Forums throughout the project. Periodically, there will be updates during School Committee meetings. See the Meetings and Forums page for dates, times, agendas as well as presentations and videos from past events. > Meetings and Forums

ThoughtExchange
To gather feedback, we periodically ask the community questions with a tool called ThoughtExchange. Participants read and rate each other’s answers, building unity and alignment on what matters most to everyone.
