7th graders See the World

On March 15th and 22nd, all seventh grade students had the opportunity to attend an interactive and hands-on geography exhibit thanks to a generous cultural enrichment grant from the Gates PTO.  Project Earthview, through Bridgewater State University, brought the world to life through their two story globe which allowed students to learn from inside the Earth and giant floor maps of the world which gave students the opportunity to walk through all of Asia.  Games and activities, led by BSU faculty, allowed students to showcase what they have learned this year about history and geography and discover new parts of the world.  Gates students and teachers send their sincere appreciation to the Gates PTO for this amazing opportunity!
