SHS Film Students Connect with Screenwriting Expert

As part of their midyear experience, students in Mrs. Blake’s Film as Literature class participated in a table read of an episode of Stranger Things with Tim Hayes, a Hollywood screenwriter (and SHS parent).  They learn the intricacies of screenwriting and how a screenplay comes alive from an expert, and then apply what they’ve learned to the writing of their own original screenplays, which Mr. Hayes offers them feedback on in-process.  Students’ films will be screened at The Reel this spring.
