SHS School Counseling hosts College Events for seniors and caregivers:

College Night for Caregivers

• When: September 24th at 6:30pm
• Where: SHS Library Media Center
• The SHS School Counseling Department will host a presentation on the College Application Process for Senior Parents/Caregivers.  Counselors will discuss the college application process including: navigating SCOIR, releasing transcripts & recommendations, the Common Application, deadlines and expectations, and other important information.

College Workshops for Seniors

• When: September 25th and 26th 
• Where: SHS Library Media Center
• School counselors will host college application workshops for college-bound seniors during the school day.  Students may sign up here to attend one of the workshops.

Financial Aid Night

• When: October 8th at 6:30 pm
• Where: SHS Library Media Center
• We will host a Financial Aid Workshop with MEFA (Mass Educational Financing Authority) for Parents/Caregivers. An overview of the financial aid process, including FAFSA and other requirements will be discussed.
