John and Abigail Adams Scholarship Award

Congratulations to over 60 SHS students who were awarded the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship after their high academic achievements on the MCAS exams. This is a 4 year scholarship upon acceptance to a Participating Massachusetts public institution of higher education. A small reception was held on Wednesday 11/15 with light refreshments provided by SHS food services.  

Friendly Game of Basketball

Our school resource officer, Officer Nick Sharry, fostered a sense of camaraderie by engaging in a friendly game of hoops with our iExcel students. With a basketball in hand and smiles all around, Officer Sharry not only showcased his approachable nature but also bridged the gap between law enforcement and students. These informal interactions strengthen the bonds between our resource officer and the iExcel students, creating a positive and supportive environment within our school.

Compass Breakfast

The Scituate High School Compass breakfast stands as a vibrant testament to the commitment of the Compass staff group in uplifting morale and fostering positivity within the school community. 

Charlotte Hoover National Letter of Intent to University of Maine

Congratulations to Charlotte Hoover for signing her National Letter of Intent to join the Division I swimming program at the University of Maine in the fall of 2024! Charlotte's dedication, talent, and hard work in the pool have paved the way for this incredible opportunity. As she embarks on the next chapter of her athletic journey, we wish Charlotte continued success and look forward to cheering her on as she represents both herself and our community at the collegiate level. Go, Charlotte! Go, Black Bears!
