Merry Math Matching

Students in Mr. Culbert’s class recently engaged in an activity challenging students to match sets of tables, graphs and linear equations.  Working collaboratively, students uncovered the connections between the three representations of the same function. The challenge continued as they had to figure out how to best organize their matches while also explaining their thinking behind their choices.  Our eighth graders continue to impress us with their mathematical reasoning skills!
