Jenkins Playground is Open

Fifth Grade Student Ambassadors take an inaugural climb on the new playground.

• The playground opened for play on Monday, November 20, 2023, during recesses.
• Thank you to the Scituate Community Preservation Commission (CPC), Jenkins PTO and the entire Jenkins community for making this project a reality in record time.
• Finishing touches will continue through the spring including the basketball court and gaga pit.
•  The community is welcome to play during non-school hours and before sunset.
• The play structure is designed for ages 5-12 years old.

• Wednesday, November 22:  Half Day, Breakfast is Available, No Lunch Served, Dismissal at 11:25 am
• Wednesday, November 22: Shark Assembly
• November 23-24:  No School, Thanksgiving
• November 28- December 1:  Scholastic PTO Book Fair
• December 5 and 7:  Parent-Teacher Conferences
• Wednesday, December 13:  Jenkins Winter Concert, 6:30 - 7:30 pm, Performing Arts Center
• Friday, December 22: Half Day, Breakfast is Available, No Lunch Served, Dismissal at 11:25 am
• Friday, December 22: Shark Assembly
• December 25- January 1: No School
