March Book Madness
- Our March Book Madness was a great success.
- Our final two books were Punky Aloha and The Magician’s Hat.
- The winner of the championship round was The Magician’s Hat.

A Reminder about Smart Watches and Cell Phones
- Please remember that students should not be wearing smart watches or carrying cell phones during the school day.
- Students can keep these devices in their backpacks during the day, but are not allowed to be used at any point during the school day, including the bus.
- All communications between home and school should be directed through your child’s teacher or the front office.

First Grade Biography Unit
- Last week, first graders wrapped up their biography unit by learning about some amazing artists from the past.
- After reading about different artists, students had fun creating their own artwork inspired by those styles.
- It was a creative way to end the unit!
