Hatherly 2024 School Report Card

Hatherly Report Card

Hatherly School

Every year, each public school and school district in Massachusetts receives a report card. The school’s report card is designed to show families how our school is doing in different areas including:

  • student achievement
  • teacher qualifications
  • student learning opportunities

Families can use the report cards as a tool to have meaningful conversations with us about what the school is doing well and where there is room for improvement. Education leaders can use the information to better understand how to support students and our school.

At Hatherly School there are several key takeaways that our staff will focus on for academic growth:

  • Increased academic achievement and growth for all students with a particular focus on our high needs population.
  • Implementation of collaboration time for district-wide grade level teams.
  • Academic interventions in literacy and mathematics during our WIN Blocks focused on growth and achievement.
  • Professional development in learner variability and co-teaching strategies.
  • Implementation of small group instruction across all grade levels to support differentiation.

If you have questions about our school’s report card, please contact Kristine Sheahan, principal.
