Music Videos with Mr. Mundt

During music class, fourth and fifth grade students embarked on a three month long creative journey into composing and producing an original piece of music.  Higher level thinking skills like group cooperation, aesthetic decision making, compromise and applying music theory have all played a part in their learning process!

           This year there are 70 bands that have created their own original songs using only 4 chords!  Amazing!  Every melody, harmony, lyric and image you see and hear was decided upon by students.  To facilitate the composing process we used a database of MIDI virtual instruments and some of the latest recording technology.
