Hatherly Happenings
Character Strong:
Hatherly had its monthly Hero Assembly this morning. The students learned about Empathy and Perseverance. Lily Gavin, accompanied by Mr. Mundt, sang a beautiful version of “Count on Me” and some fifth grade boys (Tommy Chisholm, Liam Kelly, Mac Johnston, Luca Williams, Ryan Louis, Kevin Khadzem, and Chase Markham) prepared a skit to show students how to stand up to bullies!
What are you doing for others?
To go along with our Character Strong theme this month, Perseverance, our LIT Team created a question board for the entire school to respond to. Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others?
