Cushing Expectations Night

The Cushing Expectations Night is scheduled for Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Expectations Night is an educational open house that takes place at the beginning of the school year. Parent(s)/guardian(s) have the opportunity to arrive at Cushing School and receive critical information that will benefit their child’s learning throughout the year. At Expectations Night, you can expect the following:

• Teachers to share information on classroom routines, expectations, and home-school communication
• Teachers to share information on grade-level curriculum
• The opportunity to meet your child’s teacher and have the opportunity to ask questions
• The opportunity to meet the parent(s)/guardian(s) of your child’s peers and become familiar with your child’s learning environment. 

Expectations Night will be segmented into two sections in order to accommodate the number of families and parking at Cushing. Please see the allotted times below:

• First Initial of Last Name A-K, 6:00 - 6:30 PM
• First Initial of Last Name L-Z, 6:35 - 7:05 PM

Following your visit with the classroom teacher, we encourage you to stop in and visit additional Cushing staff. Please see the list of staff below and their designated locations.
