The School Building Committee primarily comprises leadership from the Town of Scituate and Scituate Public Schools. Community Members with specific experience in building design and construction also participate.

The MSBA partners with Massachusetts communities to support the design and construction of educationally-appropriate, flexible, sustainable, and cost-effective public school facilities.

On behalf of the owner, an OPM oversees the entire project and reports directly to the owner, always acting on their instructions and in their best interest.
Vertex Companies, LLC. Vertex was the Town’s OPM on the Public Safety Building and Senior Center projects and assisted with the Humarock Fire Station.

Dore + Whittier Architects of Newburyport, MA. Dore + Whittier has experience working with the Town on the Public Safety Building and the Gates Middle School project.
