Important Information

Congratulations to Mrs. Kristine Sheahan, current grade four teacher, as the new principal of Hatherly Elementary School. Mrs. Sheahan will begin effective July 1, 2023.
The 4th & 5th Grade track meet will be this Tuesday, June 6th at 4:00 PM sharp at the Scituate High School track! Permissions slips have been sent home and can also be found here.

Tip of the Week

As we approach the end of the school year it is a great time to reflect on the successes of the year. Often we are so focused on the day-to-day, addressing issues that come up that we don’t step back and look at how much growth we (and our students) have made. Set aside some time to really think back to the beginning of the year, consider what skills were hard that may now be easy, what systems were new that are now comfortable. It can be helpful to look at work from fall and put it side by side with work from spring to really see the progress that’s been made, and then celebrate these achievements, no matter how small they might feel.
